Why it's monthly.

Fireworks is not a converter you run once. Every invoice you approve teaches it your shop.

It learns which of your Square items each supplier means by their own product names and part numbers. It keeps what you paid, invoice after invoice, so your margins are measured against real numbers instead of a guess you typed once.

Month one you correct matches. Month six it already knows. That is what the subscription buys, and it only exists because you kept feeding it.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start your trial without one. Fireworks asks for a card when you decide to keep it.
Why is the first three months $10?
You are early. The founder's rate runs for your first 3 months from signup. After that it is $79 a month, the same price everyone pays.
What am I paying for after the first few invoices?
The map Fireworks has built of your catalog. It knows which Square item each of your suppliers means, it remembers every match you corrected, and it keeps the cost history behind your margins. That is why month six takes less of your time than month one.
What happens when the 14 days end?
If you have added a card, your $10 a month starts. If you have not, your account pauses. Nothing is charged and nothing is lost. Add a card when you are ready and pick up where you left off.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. On a trial with no card there is nothing to cancel. It pauses.
Is my data secure?
Square OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS. Your data lives in encrypted AWS infrastructure in the US. Fireworks never stores your Square password. Disconnect your Square account and delete your data whenever you want.
